Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you might want to know about how we work — certifications, warranty, pricing, service areas and more.
What does "factory-authorized" actually mean for my repair?
It means our technicians are trained on manufacturer procedures and use genuine OEM parts — and that we are a Samsung-authorized service provider. In practice you get an accurate first-time diagnosis and a repair done the way the manufacturer intended, which protects the appliance and your warranty.
Are your technicians certified?
Yes. Our team is factory-trained and certified, including EPA Section 608 Type I and Type II certification for refrigerant (sealed-system) work, and we are authorized for Samsung factory service.
How long is your warranty?
Every repair is backed by a 6-month parts-and-labor warranty — double the typical industry standard. If the same issue returns within that period, we come back and make it right at no additional charge.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair?
Same-day and next-day service is available across our Northern Virginia coverage area, Monday through Saturday. Reaching us earlier in the day gives the best chance of a same-day slot.
Which areas do you serve?
Our primary service areas are Stafford, Fredericksburg, Fairfax County, Arlington and Alexandria, along with McLean, Falls Church, Springfield, Vienna, Reston, Oakton and Lorton. We are headquartered in Woodbridge and also serve nearby communities on request.
Is it worth repairing my appliance or should I replace it?
A good rule of thumb: if the appliance is less than about eight years old and the repair costs under half the price of a comparable new unit, repair is usually the smart move. We give you an honest recommendation before any work begins, including when replacement genuinely makes more sense.
Do you use genuine parts?
Always. We fit genuine OEM parts matched to your exact model, because the correct part is what makes a repair last — especially on sealed systems, seals and electronic controls.
How much does a repair cost?
Most common repairs run roughly $100–$450 in parts and labor. Simple fixes like a dryer belt or oven igniter sit at the low end, while compressor and sealed-system work costs more. You always receive a written quote after diagnosis and before any work begins — no surprises, and nothing happens without your approval.
